- 01Wash and decontaminateRemove road film, iron particles, and bonded contamination before coating.
- 02Correct and prepPolish defects if needed, then wipe every panel with Prep Spray.
- 03Apply in a crosshatchWork a small section and lay down a thin, even film with the applicator.
- 04Level the coatingUse the included towels to remove excess before high spots harden.
- 05Cure undisturbedKeep the surface clean and dry during the initial cure period.
Best result: Preparation creates the gloss; the coating preserves it. Never coat over contamination or polishing oil.
Before every detail
Three rules that protect the result.
Work cool and out of direct sun
Hot panels shorten working time and can cause streaking, uneven leveling, or product drying before removal.
Use clean towels and applicators
Cross-contamination can reintroduce oils or dirt. Keep dedicated towels for washing, prep, polishing, and coating.
Respect cure and dwell times
More time is not always better. Never let cleaners dry, and keep fresh coatings away from water while they cure.
